evaluation committee that has to submit a report should prepare a report after a detailed analysis of the tests and evaluations conducted according to rules 60, 61, 62, 63, 64 and 615 and disclose the following points and the evaluation of the report "The head of the public body shall rule 54A. It should be submitted to the public body within the specified period under:-
(a) Name and address of the bidder,
(b) The total bid amount and currency of the bidders,
(c) If the error has been rectified in accordance with subsection (8) and (9) of section 23 of the Act, the total amount and currency of the rectification of such error, (d) If it is mentioned in the promissory note that the bidder has proposed to give any discount, that the evaluation committee has adjusted the amount proposed to give such discount,
(e) According to Clause (f) of Section 13 Sub-section (2) of the Act, the amount fixed based on the currency used to compare bids and the exchange rate on the said date,
(f) The grounds found during the examination in accordance with sub-sections (2), (3), (4) and (6) of section 23 of the Act,
(g) Basis and manner of evaluation of minimum evaluated essentially effective bids in accordance with sub-section (8) of section 25 of the Act.
